We specialize in the design, layout and upgrading of guest houses, lodges, libraries, corporate and commercial businesses. Our clients receive focused attention for all aspects of their projects with principal involvement by experts with years of valuable experience gained in the industry. We offer a new, ergonomically designed space that is conducive to a correct and productive environment. Whether the project involves the design or revamp of a lodge or guesthouse, retail store or corporate office, we will manage the entire process leaving our clients free to manage their businesses without unnecessary distractions. By utilising computer technology and presentations we will finalise your plans for you and provide a good indication of the future interiors before the project goes ahead. We determine the space requirements, the needs of the client, the overall design of the project, the workplace standard, position departments in a logical manner, for the basis of space planning, research new techniques and products, design concepts for the client and manage the project from day one.

Our expertise cover the Interior design, the furniture layout and supply, the design of specialised furniture or design elements, specialised area details, ceiling and lighting layouts, data and electrical layouts and concept landscape plans. Highly qualified Project Managers control the process from the first installation through timing parameters controlled through strict Critical Path Analysis(GANT), including the financial control of each individual project. We conduct post occupancy.
